Teenagers sending nude pics to each other are being hit with felony child pornography charges. Yet another example of how out of control the system now is . Is this who we need to be spending $3,000 a month to house in Federal prison? More importantly, why is there now the motivation amongst America's prosecutors to attempt to solve societal and cultural problems with criminal charges and the threat of prison?
