Since his release Charles has returned to his position as a Manager for a national food service company where he was employed prior to his incarceration.  


His experiences at over 10 different facilities gives him a unique insight into the difficulties that confront the individual who is facing prison and he has a sincere and genuine interest in helping others through this trying time.
